The Tannenbaum(s).

PSSSST...I'm no longer blogging here!
You can now find me at

-----------------------------------------------------------------

That means The Christmas Trees.
Pretty sure you knew that.

Here's our main-event live tree.
This is where the fat man leaves the goods.

Only new thing I added this year are these purty glass icicles I got on clearance from Target last year.

It's full of meaningful, mismatched ornaments and some glass balls to fill in the gaps.
Didn't even put a topper on it.
Prolly won't.
Drop cloth wound 'round the bottom.

Next up is my wee Charlie Brown tree picked up last year.
See it decked in pale pinks and golds HERE

It sits in our school room/office and my boys decked it out in colorful baubles.

Happy colors....

Lastly is my white Walmart tree that sits by our front window.
The skirt is a shower curtain I had added some linen ruffle edging to awhile ago.

Did it all in blue, white and silver.

This shot shows the ornaments a bit better as it was mid-day.
Maybe you could tell that from the massive over-exposure from the window?
Better shot of the cute skirt too....

Some of my favorite ornaments from Crate and Barrel a few years back.

My tannenbaums are the crowning jewel of my Christmas decorating, and folks, now you've seen it all.
Ain't a darn thing left to show you.
Well, except maybe my wrapping theme, which will begin this weekend.
I'll be haunting Rebecca's place for inspiration and laughs.
THAT chick knows how to wrap crap.

This post will be thrown all over the blogosphere at the following link parties:
Unskinny Boppy Show Your Glow  All December

Cindy-It all looks great. I love your main tree and I don't think it NEEDS a topper. I kinda like the top as is. Loving the white...I have always wanted a white tree.

I hope you are having a great Christmas season-xo Diana

Love the addition of the icicles. Growing up my mom hung plastic ones that looked so similar to yours (not quite as long) on our tree. Fun thing, they glowed in the dark. Me and two of my sisters use to snag one off in the day and run to the dark closet to watch it put on it's show. All trees are real purty! Love the Crate and Barrel ornaments. Now following you. You had me with your header, girl. Red and turquoise is my favorite color combo.

Your trees are beautiful, Cindy! I use a lot of ornaments we've had for years and many have special meaning to me, too. I think the only thing I change up each year is whether I use garland, ribbon, feather boas, etc. Everything else stays the same.

They are all beautiful Cindy. I remember when you were looking so hard for a white tree! I really like those icicles on your big mamma tree. :)
