And here's an old vintage steamer trunk that came from my mister's side of the family. We argue over whether it's black or deep blue. I think it's both, with a tinge of an aqua in there too. It holds our big *ss television set which will (hopefully) soon be replaced with a flat screen.
Not a great picture, but this is the darkest room of our house and it's raining AGAIN today.

Both are wonderful treasures. I have an old scale also, and I love it too. So much fun to decorate with. Your trunk is wonderful, and what great storage too. Hugs, Marty
